About The Role & Team
As the Product Manager you will join the team to build the next generation platform that will drive our future growth. You will be accountable for all aspect of the product creation life cycle and should be able cascade your vision to the several team members and supporting services that will assist you to make this service a success. This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth in line with the SITA strategic plans and manage performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.
Reporting to the VP Product Management you will be a part of a driven team of other product managers and engineers responsible for delivering the highest quality products to the aviation industry.
What You'll Do
- Defining product strategy
- Conducting market research
- Developing and managing an innovative product roadmap
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Measuring and analyzing product performance.
- Making product decisions
- Creating and reviewing product requirements together with the product owner and engineering team
- Business Performance Measurement Support including P&L and Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 7+ years of working experience as product manager
- Very good knowledge of Product Management methodologies (e.g. Stage Gate) as well as Product Development methodologies
- Innovation skills and a track record of significant experience in defining market requirements and functional specifications
- A demonstrated track record of success in delivering lasting results in a global business environment and within a technology solutions-based business
- Product Evangelist. You live and breathe your product every day and in every business scenario you are looking for ways that your product is ahead in the market. You instill this enthusiasm with everyone you meet.
- Platform development experience.
Nice-to-have
- Good knowledge of aviation industry
- Good knowledge of Airport Operational systems
