About The Role & Team
SITA’s Border Management Business Unit (SITA AT BORDERS) is on the lookout for recent graduates within the Contract Management function to be based in Prague, initially for an 11 month period, with the potential for a permanent role.
SITA AT BORDERS is the market leader supporting governments worldwide in Border Management solutions, with products and innovative developments implemented for over 70 governments, managing over 2 billion journeys each year. With the challenges facing border authorities evolving so quickly in recent times, SITA is managing a significant uplift in requests for both product implementations and bespoke solutions.
What You Will Do
Your main tasks will involve supporting a wide variety of contract management activities to provide end to end management of sales contracts in support of SITA AT BORDERS business objectives and business growth, under the supervision of a Senior Contract Manager, and ensuring the smooth operation of the contract management for SITA AT BORDERS. This entry-level opportunity offers a chance to dive into various activities within our fast-paced global community:
- Support the management of activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks.
- Support the Contract Team with post-sales activities such as contract billing (e.g. creation of billing milestones, revenue assurance and support on billing issues).
- Review, understand and manage standard customer contract(s) requests.
- Maintain master files and databases on contract issues and renewals, ensuring resources are available to all team members.
- Helps identify and assess contractual risks for simple contract requests.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- A graduate in Business Administration or Finance related fields.
- Any experience in transport and national security domains is an Asset.
- Basic legal understanding is good to have but is not compulsory.
- Contract management (drafting, negotiating, risk assessment) background knowledge welcome.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
