Location: MRO – BLR
Reports to: AVP – Quality & Compliance Monitoring
Job Purpose
To ensure regulatory and quality compliance across MRO operations by managing standards, manuals, documentation, authorizations, and IT systems. Supports operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Standards department, including manpower planning, supervision, and training.
- Coordinate with aviation authorities and airlines for approval applications and renewals.
- Manage updates to regulatory standards and integrate changes into procedures.
- Maintain and update airworthiness manuals (MOE, QCM, Repair Station Manual, etc.).
- Manage authorization issuance and maintain certifying personnel databases.
- Oversee the documentation section and ensure accurate, controlled documentation.
- Oversee IT-related quality systems, budgeting, and administrative support for the Quality Division.
- Monitor quality and safety performance and support improvement initiatives.
- Analyze maintenance-induced errors and recommend preventive measures.
- Support Operations in enhancing work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Review industry benchmarks and recommend enhancements.
- Provide periodic reports to the AVP (Quality & Compliance Monitoring).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Education & Experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in aviation quality standards, manuals, and compliance.
