Manager – Quality Assurance Control (Engineering | MRO – BLR)
Job Purpose
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality excellence in aircraft maintenance by leading audits, surveillance programs, vendor assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold airworthiness and operational integrity as per global aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, including manpower planning and training.
- Implement independent audit and surveillance programs aligned with DGCA, EASA, FAA, ISO/IEC 9000, AS9100 standards.
- Track and close audit findings and non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance in aircraft, engine, and component maintenance operations.
- Monitor calibration lab compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Maintain accuracy of the Component Capability List.
- Conduct vendor assessments and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Act as liaison with regulatory authorities and customer airlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
