Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and uphold effective configuration management protocols.
- Tailor system configurations to align with business needs and functional specifications.
- Collaborate across departments to implement changes seamlessly and minimize operational impact.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure intended outcomes and system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all configuration activities.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of the Navitaire Passenger Service System (PSS).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Utilities, NDP, Sky Fare, Sky speed, Go Now, and Sky Schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Solid understanding of fare filing processes using Sky Fare.
Technical Proficiency (Must-Have)
- Practical experience with programming languages and technologies including Python, JSON, and SQL.
