Role: Executive - Distribution
IndiGo is looking for highly dynamic and self-motivated individual who enjoys working with the customers and technology driven. This role's focus is to be the support for the team to build the business and grow the revenue.
- Develop in-depth expertise in IndiGo’s API and GDS products to confidently address product-related queries and provide accurate guidance to customers.
- Gain a strong understanding of current IndiGo APIs and GDS workflows to proactively support customers in optimizing and enhancing their existing booking, servicing, and distribution processes.
- Help our clients integrate with our application program interface (API)
- Knowledge of Navitaire system is desirable
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Be able to discuss API features, functionality, and integration with various people within an organization
- Responsible for coordinating with IT team for the testing and implementation for any new product and functionality on all distribution channel primarily API
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve system issues via research and testing
- Responsible for monitoring all OTA’S domestic and International to check the availability and accuracy of IndiGo’s content
- Responsible for creating and maintaining distribution related MIS
- Research, analyze study the feasibility of different distribution channels
- Responsible for OTA support function, be the point of contact for OTA’S for all Product and Integration related matters
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with technical discipline
- Industry Preference: Airlines/E- Commerce /OTA/GDS
- Years of Experience: 1-3 Years
- Nature of Experience: knowledge of web technologies, Navitaire
- Knowledge/Experience with APIs
- Technology driven with understanding of latest distribution and payment trends
- Good analytical skills
