Job Description
As a Chemical Engr I here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting chemical engineering projects and initiatives within the company. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic engineering design including process selection, simulation and Generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s),
- Perform hydraulics and other calculations for sizing of equipment, vessels, exchangers, relief valves and other miscellaneous engineering calculations Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Project & Equipment Specifications and inputs required to other skills
- Interact closely with Process Specialists/coordinators, Skills Specialists (Static, Rotary, Piping, Instrumentation, Metallurgy etc.) during execution of Basic engineering projects
- Follow UOP procedures for the release and revision of process and project specifications Make sure 'Quality' of all deliverables are met & also escalate issues in a timely manner;
- Develop project schedule consistent with project timing requirements and availability of equipment specialists and Design Engineers. Attend / lead internal meetings and customer design review meetings Compliance to Honeywell Policies including HS&E, HR, Legal Compliance, Intellectual Property Protection, Integrity & Codes of Conduct.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- BE or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in chemical engineering
- Basic knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices
